Originally introduced at Shot Show 1999, this is the first rifle designed and manufactured by Bishop Ammunition and Fireams. This is the ultimate 458 SOCOM AR15 Carbine. New and Improved for 2024, the Bishop 458 Hammer MK II, is designed to be the most reliable and rugged 458 SOCOM AR15 in the industry. The 458 SOCOM AR-15 Hammer MK II is the ultimate large game rifle for the AR-15 platform. The firearm is available as a complete firearm or just the upper receiver. The lower receiver used in this rifle is the billet 3G18 lower receiver machined in house by Bishop Ammunitiona nd Firearms. This rifle also includes the Luth-AR Adjustable target stock as pictured.

Not shown in the picture is the adjustable gas block that is now standard. The gas block allows the user to adjust the harmonics of the barrel for optimum accuracy and reduction of felt recoil, as well as fine tuning the rifle for suppressed applications.

Each rifle is fully configurable by the purchaser to their own individual requirements. The rifle is capable of 1" groups or less at 100 yards. A 4 port magnetic stainless muzzle brake machined by Bishop Ammunition and Firearms is standard. The upper uses the Gibbz Side Charger which is non reciprocating and is included at no additional cost. Any solid color Cerakote is included and the FX Cerakote is an additional cost.
