The standard bolt carrier group is ultra hard nitride finished. This BCG is is made in the U.S.A. It is of full-auto design and full auto capable. The bolt carrier group is capability, it utilizes a shot peened MPI Bolt, 8620 Gas Carrier and Gas Key fastened with hardened Grade 8 fasteners which are properly staked. The ultra-hard and corrosion-resistant Black Nitride ensures this BCG's continued reliability and precision for years of use.
The Rubber City Armory bolt carrier group which we carry is a titanium carrier with nitride coating. This bolt carrier is 40% lighter than the standard bolt carrier group. The titanium bolt carrier is a M16 profile and weighs just 7.8 ounces. The bolt is made of 9310 steel and the gas key is properly torqued and staked. The titanium bolt carrier group significantly reduces your lock time and vastly improves your shot to shot capability. This is the bolt carrier group of choice for 3 gun competition.
The nickle boron bolt carrier group is a M-16 pattern full auto capable Mil-Spec Bolt Carrier Group which is made in the U.S.A. our Nickle boron bolt carrier group is full-auto capability, a shot peened MPI Bolt, 8620 Gas Carrier and Gas Key fastened with hardened Grade 8 fasteners. All critical parts of the bolt carrier group are coated with EXO Nickel Boron. This coating provides permanent dry lubricity, extremely durable and drastically increases wear and corrosion resistance. The nickle boron coating on this bolt carrier group reduces friction and will improve the performance of your rifle.
