Why Laser Marking?
The importance of laser marking for firearms cannot be overstated. Some of the reasons to opt for this service are:
1) It helps in identity and protection of your firearms by giving them specific identification numbers that cannot be changed. 2) The mark is permanent so long as the anodization is not removed or painted over. 3) Personalization of your firearm makes it unique to you and sets you apart from everyone else.
We provide custom solutions to your marking needs developed in accordance with client and application requirements. By using state of the art CO2 commercial lasers, we provide high quality professional results in quick turnaround time within expected time frames.
The permanent nature of laser marking your firearm or part results in a customized firearm with any graphic, logo, or text. We work with you to provide results that will meet your expectations. We ensure complete customer satisfaction.
We will help you have a custom marked AR-15 lower receiver, an individual part or an entire firearm with incredible detail and with results that will turn your firearm into a piece of art. We are able to use your lower receiver, a lower receiver supplied by us, or other firearms part. If you elect to use our lower receiver which is forged out of 7075 Aluminum, machined to mil-spec standards, heat treated, and anodized to mil-spec requirements it must be shipped to a FFL in your community who who will do the background check and transfer to you. Or we can mark your lower receiver if you send it to us. If we use your lower receiver then it will be shipped directly back to you.
With our state of the art lasers we are able to offer laser marking which is a surface etch of the anodization on the lower receiver turning it white. This is NOT a deep engraving. You cannot color fill this mark. However, virtually any graphic, picture, logo, or text may be marked on a anodized firearm part. 3D engraving. Really make your logo/graphic stand out and be a cut above the rest.
Engraving Areas
With our state of the art lasers, you have your choice of getting custom text or logos on the magazine well, either side but usually the right, text above the fire control area on either side, and engraving under the trigger guard. NOTE laser marking will NOT make a engraving that meets ATF minimum requirements for manufacturers. You must use deep engraving to meet ATF Requirements. We can do both marking and deep engraving. If you want to have your rifle finished in Cerakote or paint, you MUST use deep engraving for all markings.
Graphics
We can engrave most graphics including some really high detailed images because of the finite control on our machine, all we usually require is a good quality image to use to program our laser. If you have a vector file, even better! If you have questions about your specific graphic please send it to one of our specialists using the contact us form so we can best advise you on how to make your design awesome and create a truly custom AR15 lower.
